Kojcice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Kojčice combines a distinctive village character with marked trails and connections to the water. The municipality is laid out as a circular settlement with a pond on the village green. The Návesák pond is the most important visual landmark on the village green of Kojčice. The Chapel of Saint John of Nepomuk is considered a historically and architecturally valuable building as well as a significant architectural landmark. In the Czech film comedy “Marečku, podejte mi pero!”, Kojčice is mentioned as the home of the parents of the pupil Plha.
Hiking
A marked red hiking trail runs from north to southwest through the centre of Kojčice. The “Podél řeky Hejlovky na vyhlídku” trail begins at the edge of Kojčice and follows a red-marked hiking route to a rocky viewpoint above the Hejlovka River. The longer variant continues to the Sedlická Reservoir. Parking is available on the outskirts of Kojčice for this route; from Pelhřimov, it can be reached by car to Kojčice and then on foot.
Cycling and Water
The marked cycle route 1223 runs through the cadastral area of Kojčice. The “Od sedlické nádrže na Křemešník” cycling tour passes through Kojčice, U Šlejferků and the Na Vyhlídce junction. The HEJLOVKA 1 fishing grounds (421 022) extend from the weir of the Břečovský Mill upstream of the inflow into the Sedlická Reservoir to the weir structure of the Svárovský Mill in the cadastral area of Kojčice.
