Koberovice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Southwest of Koberovice, Bělský dvůr is a registered immovable cultural monument and a Baroque rural estate dating from the 18th century. The enclosed square courtyard formerly belonged to one of the nine farmyards of Želiv Monastery. Renaissance rustication sgraffiti are still visible on the façade of the residential building.

Culture

Koberovice itself also has a historic monument: the Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary dates from 1800.

Landscape

Koberovice is situated in the Křemešnická vrchovina, which forms part of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The area features a varied landscape of hills and uplands. In the eastern foothills between Koberovice and Lísky, it gradually transitions into a landscape with deeply incised valleys. Several small water reservoirs are located in the Koberovice area.

Trails

A marked hiking trail runs along the southern boundary of the Koberovice area. For cyclists, cycle route no. 1211 passes through the lower part of the area, along roads II/130 and III/12935 between Speřice and Miletín.

The 32.6-kilometre MTB Brúnka loop also passes through Koberovice. Around 80 % of its route runs along forest and field tracks.
