From Cejle, Cycle Route 1 leads via Klepák, Mirošov, Boršov, Hojkov and Čeřínek back to Cejle. This cycle route is indicated as taking 1 hour and 20 minutes.

As another circular route, Cycle Route 2 leads from Cejle via Čeřínek, Horní Hutě, Dolní Hutě, Klechtavec, Rohozná and Dolní Cerekev back to Cejle. The Jihlava–Čeřínek–Kostelec cycle route reaches Cejle via Route 5090 after passing through Hutě.
Culture
The bell at the Chapel of St. Margaret dates from 1763; it was made by Johann Georg Kühner. The chapel was consecrated on 14 July 2013. During Advent, a ceramic nativity scene was installed there.
The statue of St. Margaret in Cejle was carved from limewood obtained at the local primary school and kindergarten in Cejle. On 13 July 2017, the statue was ceremonially unveiled in Cejle.
Nature
On the western, steep slope of the Přední skála ridge, there are about ten frost cliffs with cryoplanation terraces and rock fissure caves. Přední skála is classified as a geotourism attraction and geotope.
