The present-day Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary is a Baroque church whose construction began in the first half of the 17th century on the site of a church dating from 1240.

The church contains a family crypt of the Liechtenstein family, built in the first half of the 19th century. The pilgrimage church was associated with a monastery of the Order of Saint Francis of Paola and a large monastery garden. The Sedmiradostná cesta pilgrimage route leads from Lelekovice to Vranov.
