The approximately 1,200-hectare municipal area of Příbram na Moravě is characterized by fields, meadows and, above all, forests.

Landscape and trails

A walking trail leads through the valley of the Příbramský potok, past ponds and a weekend-house settlement. The Stezka permoníků can be used by bicycle or on foot and leads through hilly terrain with wide-ranging views and shady forests.

The Příbramské krásy route leads to Příbramský mlýn, which is approximately 1.6 km from this starting point. As the original residents still live there, visitors are asked to be considerate and to continue on afterward. The shorter Příbramské krásy route is 8.5 km long, leads from the RIC to Příbram and offers a return journey by bus. On the way from Příbramský mlýn towards Příbram, a small waterfall may appear when there is sufficient water. Kuchyňka Pond is considered well maintained and suitable for a refreshing summer dip.

Transport connections

Transport connections are provided by buses and trains that are integrated into the South Moravian Region Integrated Transport System.

Culture and traditions

It includes a procession of people in traditional costume through the village, accompanied by a band and a horse-drawn carriage. The traditional Příbramská pouť takes place around 5 May in connection with Saint Florian. The Chapel of St. Florian and the Virgin Mary contains sculptures and Stations of the Cross.

Events throughout the year

Pálení čarodějnic takes place every year on 30 April at the football pitch. Den dětí is celebrated on the Saturday closest to 1 June and takes place at the local football pitch. Neckyáda takes place every year in June on the local pond, with unusual watercraft competing in speed and creativity contests.

The Memoriál Ladislava Pospíšila is a football tournament held in early August with the Příbram team and three other teams from surrounding municipalities. At Příbramské vinobraní, visitors can taste wine around the transition from September to October.
