Neslovice: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Directly above the road at the entrance to Neslovice from the direction of Tetčice lies Patočkova hora, a natural monument. Since 1984, the protected summit has preserved remnants of the former steppe vegetation, especially the large-flowered pasque flower, within a delimited area of one hectare. From Patočkova hora, there is a view of more than half of the municipalities in the Kahan microregion.

Trails

The path between Neslovice and Tetčice runs through pastureland in the section from Neslovice and includes a cattle shelter. The Permoník Trail also passes through Neslovice and Kratochvilka; afterwards, turn right onto the educational trail “Naučná stezka Rosickou historií”.

Culture

The parish Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Neslovice is a late Baroque building dating from 1782 to 1784. In the second half of the 19th century, it was extended by the Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre. In the centre of Neslovice stands a bell tower with the Neoclassical Chapel of Saint Gotthard and Saint Florian, dating from the early 19th century.

The pilgrimage celebrating the Nativity of the Virgin Mary takes place on 8 September and is called “rozmarýnové hody”. About one kilometre southeast of the edge of Neslovice, on the road towards Hlína, stands a Neoclassical wayside shrine known as “Boží muka”.

Experiences

Indian Playground is located on Žleby Street in Neslovice. It includes a large play area with various play elements, a training area, a skateboard ramp and a rope centre.
