The Chapel of Saint Francis of Assisi in Medlovice was built in 1899. A stone cross stands along the road to Rybníček; it was restored in August 2023.

Nature

The Nad Medlovickým potokem protected area protects thermophilous plant communities of the Pontic-Pannonian type and wild animals, especially amphibians.

Festivals, Customs and Local Life

The Medlovské košt ovocných pálenek fruit brandy tasting was held in several editions. At the first edition, 21 varieties of fruit brandies could be tasted; at the second edition in 2023, 26 samples were evaluated. A third edition was announced for 2024.

Several other events are also associated with specific years: the Pálení čarodějnic festival is documented in Medlovice for 2024 and 2025, and the Drakiáda event for 2023 and 2024. Letní noc took place in Medlovice in 2023 and was announced again for 2025. Stavění máje is documented in Medlovice for 2023 and was part of the Pálení čarodějnic event announced for 2024.

The traditional Masové hody feasts were held in Medlovice several times. They featured roast pork with cabbage, garlic schnitzel, beer and mulled wine; homemade traditional slaughterhouse specialities were also sold to take away.
