Jinačovice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Jinačovice lies in a valley between the Baba and Podkomorské lesy nature parks. Ponds lie along the Mniší potok stream and serve mainly as breeding grounds for amphibians. In Jinačovice, the educational trail “Senářov-Koryta” also points to the wetland of the Mniší potok.

A junction of marked hiking trails in Jinačovice offers hiking opportunities to Kuřim, Česká and Řečkovice. A 15-kilometre hike from Jinačovice to Tři kříže leads through a large game reserve and along the Brno Reservoir; along the way, it offers views of Veveří Castle.

Culture and Local Life

The village square in Jinačovice is home to a chapel dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene, which was built in 1854. The brick building has a bell tower and an image of the saint. On the “Na Skalkách” field path, resident Josefa Pláteníková had a stone cross erected, which still stands there today.

Mladé hody are part of local life and rank among Jinačovice’s long-standing, successful and popular event traditions. The Jinačovice war memorial was extensively renovated in 2025 and completely dismantled in the process.

In the immediate vicinity of Jinačovice, in the valley between Kuřim and Jinačovice, lies the Kaskáda Golf Resort with a 27-hole championship course. Jinačovice is integrated into the Integrated Transport System of the South Moravian Region and has direct bus connections to Brno and Kuřim.
