Deblín: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Údolí Bílého potoka Nature Park also extends into the municipality of Deblín. The Deblín nature trail explores the forest as an important ecosystem, coniferous trees, deciduous trees, and forest birds.

Nature and Nature Trail

The Deblín nature trail is an easy walk lasting about an hour, suitable for families with small children and seniors. It is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Access is available from the car park on the Deblín–Svatoslav road or from the Deblín pond.

Church and Monuments

The Church of St. Nicholas is protected by the heritage authority. It was originally built as a Romanesque-Gothic basilica and was given a Baroque makeover in the 18th century. Inside are guild banners and a painting of Saint Nicholas. This painting once stood at what is now Svobody Square in Brno.

The stone cross from 1805 is also protected by the heritage authority. It was made from stone sourced locally.

Historical Traces

Deblín's history includes the historic gates that once led into the agricultural part of the Deblín estate. After Deblín Castle became uninhabited and fell into disrepair, it was gradually dismantled to build houses. The Empire hunting lodge dates from 1852.
