Slapy: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In the middle of Slapy village square stands a chapel built in 1911. The local folkloric tradition of Slapský Bahňák is also maintained in the village.

Getting Around

The “From Tábor with Jan Žižka” cycling tour through Hussite country leads from Tábor via Klokoty, Větrov, Slapy and Dražičky to Příběnice Castle.

The 23rd edition of the “From Tábor All the Way to Us” hiking event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, and ends in Slapy. The recommended route is from the Tábor bus station via Pintovka, Hnojná Lhotka and the quarry near Dražičky to Slapy.
