Myslín Fortress has been documented since the 14th century and combines its distinctive present-day appearance with surviving traces of its long history.
Culture
Today, Myslín Fortress is a single-storey, rectangular building with a gabled roof covered in tiles. It was expanded in the Renaissance style at the end of the 16th century; surviving Gothic cellars are also part of the fortress.
The Mirovice Jewish cemetery was reportedly established around 1680 in the cadastral area of the municipality of Myslín. It preserves more than 200 gravestones dating from 1764 to 1965 and is continuously maintained.
Nature
A blue-marked hiking trail runs through Myslín to the pilgrimage site of Stražiště and onward to the ruins of Rochov hrádek. The 10 km Výtvarná naučná stezka educational trail also leads to Myslín and is intended for pedestrians and cyclists. A QR code at the beginning of the route guides visitors along the entire trail.
Fishing is possible in Myslín on the Vlčava-Skalice River, which flows through the village. The forests around Myslín are suitable for mushroom picking.

The S66 line is listed for Myslín railway station; Březnice and Protivín are listed as train connections.
