Hrejkovice is situated in a gently hilly landscape among fields, small woods and copses. The Jezero pond, covering 10 hectares, lies to the west of the village.

The Hrejkovický rybník is considered suitable for swimming. Next to the Hrejkovický rybník there is a children’s playground with modern play equipment and a workout area. The Hrejkovický potok flows south from the Hrejkovický rybník towards Velká and Květov and flows into the Orlická Reservoir near the settlement of Vůsí.
Culture and History
The Chapel of Saint John the Baptist in Hrejkovice dates from 1866. Hrejkovice is also home to a memorial to the soldiers who fell in the First World War. Culturally and historically valuable wooden buildings from the 19th century have been preserved in Hrejkovice.
The Na Vinici Chapel was restored in 2008 and stands on a hill north of Pechova Lhota. Mass is celebrated in the chapel on the village square in Pechova Lhota on the first Saturday of every month. Hrejkovice is also home to a state-protected lime tree and a state-protected oak.

The Hrejkovická dvacítka is a 20-kilometre New Year’s hike.
