Díly: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Díly is located in the historic Upper Chodenland region and on the border of the CHKO Český les Protected Landscape Area.

Nature

The forests around Díly are rich in wildlife and natural features. Díly offers opportunities for hiking. The area surrounding Díly is well served by paved paths with information boards for family outings. Tourist attractions in Díly also include a deer enclosure.

Culture

Díly’s historical traditions include bobbin lace-making and local crafts such as carpentry, structural carpentry, cooperage and masonry. Several log houses have been preserved in Díly. The Chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius in Díly was consecrated on 6 July 1947. A viewing terrace with Czech-German signage is located on the building of the municipal office.

Getting Around

Díly is not connected to the railway network. Road access to Díly is from Postřekov via a Class III road; the connection towards Klenčí is only a local road.
