Chlumy: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

A chapel of Classicist origin stands on the small, sloping village square of Chlumy. It dates from the first half of the 19th century. The square building has rounded corners and an entrance with a round-arched vault; a small bell tower is located at the top of the pyramid-shaped roof.

History

Chlumy was first mentioned in 1558. The history of the village is connected with the Zelená Hora estate and a Cistercian monastery.

Important cycling route No. 2046 from Kasejovice to Pačejov runs through Chlumy. In addition, the hiking trail from Mileč to Oselce passes through the northeastern part of the municipality of Chlumy, mainly along forest and field paths.
