Culture and history
A prominent historical landmark in Přestavlky U Dnešic is the Church of St Peter and St Paul. It dates from the first half of the 14th century, was remodelled in the Baroque style in 1680–1682 and refurnished in 1685. It can be visited by prior arrangement and during church services.
Přestavlky Castle stands on the site of a former farmstead belonging to Chotěšov Monastery. In the open space opposite the castle, a copy of the statue of Saint Liborius stands on a Baroque pedestal.

In Horní Lažany there is a wooden belfry dating from 1899. Horní Lažany lies below the forested Černé vrchy massif.
In Dolní Lažany there is a brick chapel dating from 1905, preserved within the enclosure of a farmstead. Dolní Lažany consists of a group of several farmsteads around a small pond.

In the Horní Lažany district there is a bicycle service point with a clear map and the tools needed for bicycle repairs. The “Pohodová” cycle route of the Radbuza microregion passes through Přestavlky as well as Dolní Lažany and Horní Lažany.
