Culture and History

St. Andrew’s Church stands on a former cemetery bordered by an enclosing wall with chapels. The cemetery wall around the church contains Neo-Renaissance reliefs of the Stations of the Cross from the second half of the 19th century.

The Museum of Rural Crafts in Vendolí was ceremonially opened on 5 July 2006 as part of a gathering of former residents. The museum’s rooms were also used for Christmas exhibitions, including “Vánoční inspirace” in 2005 and a nativity scene exhibition in 2008.
