Lavičné is designated as Regional Biocentre No. 1955 within the regional ecological network. Cyclists on Cycle Route No. 4201 can take a break on the village square, where seating is available. Culture and History

The oldest monument in Lavičné is the Chapel of St. John and Paul, dating from the late 18th century. Its furnishings date from the early 19th century. The chapel also has a bell that was cast after a collection in 1991 at the Marie Dytrychová-Tomášková bell foundry in Brodek u Přerova.

A monument in front of the chapel commemorates the Austro-Italian War of 1866. Other local sights in Lavičné include the school building and several original farmhouses.
