The Church of Saint Catherine stands in Vítějeves. It is originally Gothic and dates from the 14th century. The church preserves a presbytery with rare 14th-century frescoes. Around 1912, it was rebuilt in its present pseudo-Gothic form.

The surrounding landscape of Vítějeves offers interesting routes for summer and winter tourism. The Drašarov, Kočíko, Librův Kopec and Kuliška mountains are located in the vicinity of Vítějeves.

Cycle route No. 104/I runs from Městečko Trnávka via Křenov and Brněnec to Svojanov Castle and includes a junction in Vítějeves. It is considered a moderately difficult to challenging road route for racing bikes and trekking bikes.
On weekdays, the Vítějeves municipal office sells postcards of the municipality and a tourist map of the Údolí Křetínky Nature Park.
