Rozhraní: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Rozhraní lies in the Svitava Valley. A cycle path runs through the village. The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross was built in 1790 in the then-independent municipality of Bradlné. It stands on a low hill above a small pond and features a characteristic Neo-Romanesque design in the exterior architecture.

Nature and landscape

The Opukové jeskyně cave is 400 metres long but is not accessible. It lies on the left slope of the valley of a stream flowing in from Študlov, above the former municipality and settlement of Bradlné.

The protected European beech, designated as a memorial tree, has a trunk circumference of 555 centimetres and is 30 metres tall. Its age is estimated at 300 years.

Border history

Rozhraní has always been located on the border between the administrative regions of Bohemia and Moravia, as well as on the boundary of the dioceses of Hradec Králové, Olomouc and Brno. Following the events of Munich in 1938, the border between the reduced Czechoslovak Republic and the Sudetenland ran through Rozhraní.

In Rozhraní, the monument to fallen local citizens was restored and moved to a new park after 86 years.
