Městečko Trnávka: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Cimburk is situated on a wooded hill above Městečko Trnávka. The ruins of Cimburk Castle are located near Starý Cimburk; the area is designated as an archaeological site. The stone castle of Cimburk was founded around 1300 by Ctibor z Lipnice.

Culture

The Church of Saint James the Elder is protected as a registered cultural monument and was rebuilt into its present form in 1752.

The plague column in Městečko Trnávka is registered on the Czech list of cultural monuments. The Baroque sandstone column dates from 1731 and was restored between 2013 and 2016.

The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk dates from the first third of the 19th century and was declared a cultural monument in 1994. It stands in a small park in the southeast of Městečko Trnávka below the castle ruins.

Nature

The Bohdalov–Hartinkov Nature Park is also located within the cadastral area of Městečko Trnávka.

Getting around

The educational trail in Městečko Trnávka begins with an introductory information board. The puzzle trail “Po stopách Bílé paní” starts at the trailhead. It is approximately 1.7 kilometres long to the destination and takes around two hours; additional time must be allowed for the return journey. The tour is considered moderately challenging, leads uphill and downhill along paved paths, and can be completed year-round.

The interregional cycle route 104 runs along the Jimramov–Svojanov–Křenov–Městečko Trnávka route. Městečko Trnávka railway station is located on line 017 between Česká Třebová and Dzbel.
