Nature

At Andrlův chlum, the observation tower has a viewing platform at a height of 34.6 meters and a 49.6-meter-high steel structure. In good weather, it offers views of the Orlické Mountains, the Krkonoše Mountains, Králický Sněžník, and the ridges of the Svitavská pahorkatina.

Getting Around

The “Stories of Our Border” educational trail begins at the main railway station and is a circular route approximately 10 kilometers long. Visitors can also use the Skryté příběhy mobile app for the trail, featuring interactive game elements.

The tourist city walk in Ústí nad Orlicí comprises 12 stops along a route of approximately 13 kilometers. It can begin at Mírové náměstí or at the KČT signpost near the bus station.

Active Experiences

The Cakle active tourism area is located near the Tichá Orlice River. At Cakle, visitors can travel along the Tichá Orlice by rented canoe. There is also a climbing wall with a Via Ferrata.
