Řetůvka: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas in Řetůvka is a brick building with a rectangular floor plan, a three-sided chancel and an attached square bell tower. It was built in 1796.

Culture and History

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas features a statue of St. John of Nepomuk, a cross in front of the eastern façade and access steps. Another historical detail can be found at Dolní mlýn Mill: the building was converted into a pipe manufactory at the beginning of the 20th century, while the water-powered drive was preserved.

The Nativity Scene at Mr Kmenta’s depicts Řetůvka as a Christmas nativity scene with historic houses and cottages that can no longer be found in Řetůvka today.

Cycling Route 4047 runs through the northern part of the cadastral area of Řetůvka along the Řetůvka–Kozlov–Nový rybník route. KČT cycling route 4047 is moderately difficult and suitable for trekking bikes.
