Řetůvka: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas in Řetůvka is a brick building with a rectangular floor plan, a three-sided chancel and an attached square bell tower. It was built in 1796.

Culture and History

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas features a statue of St. John of Nepomuk, a cross in front of the eastern façade and access steps. Another historical detail can be found at Dolní mlýn Mill: the building was converted into a pipe manufactory at the beginning of the 20th century, while the water-powered drive was preserved.

The Nativity Scene at Mr Kmenta’s depicts Řetůvka as a Christmas nativity scene with historic houses and cottages that can no longer be found in Řetůvka today.
