Brodek u Přerova combines ecclesiastical landmarks with a bell-casting tradition that has continued since 1950. In the centre of the village stands the Church of St John the Baptist, built in 1893 on the site of an earlier bell tower.

In front of the church stands a statue of St John the Baptist dating from 1883. Brodek u Přerova is also home to three stone crosses dating from 1868. The local bell-making tradition includes the Dytrychová bell foundry, which has continued a family tradition of bell casting since 1950. The Brodek u Přerova carillon was put into operation in 2000 and consists of 22 bells.
