Pstruží: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Pstruží is located on the eastern slope of Mount Ondřejník. On the northeastern slope of Ondřejník lies the Opálená Ski Area, on the shared border of the municipalities of Pstruží and Čeladná. The Opálená Ski Area offers a 500-metre-long red ski slope for advanced skiers, a 300-metre-long blue ski slope for skiers with intermediate skills, a 500-metre-long snow park for experienced snowboarders and skiers, and a 150-metre-long children's park.

Cycling

The Opálená Bike Park has a children's trail and a children's pump track. The Opálená Bike Park also offers bicycle rentals for children and adults.

Nature

Mount Skalka and Mount Ostrá are located in the vicinity of Pstruží. Mount Smrčina and Mount Kykulka are also located in the surroundings of Pstruží. The Skalka educational trail presents the natural features of Skalka and its surroundings on ten information panels.

Culture and History

Pstruží was first mentioned in written records in 1581 in the registers of the Hukvaldy estate. The local industrial history of Pstruží includes an enamel factory founded in 1834 on the Ondřejnice stream. Pstruží has a local folk art tradition featuring works made of wood, enamel and ceramics.

There is a pastry shop in the centre of Pstruží.
