The Křišťálový chrám is a permanent exhibition by Jiří Pačinek and his sons in the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, built in 1833. Some works were created specifically for the church interior. Skleněná zahrada is open to the public year-round without prior reservation. The Křišťálový chrám can only be visited as part of a guided tour; the full tour of Pačinek Glass also includes the Jiří Pačinek Gallery with expert commentary.

The upper area of Skleněná zahrada, as well as the Křišťálový chrám and the glassworks, are accessible to visitors with disabilities. Divadelní studio Josefa II. aims to create unconventional performances that place particular emphasis on contact with the audience. It also seeks to build on the tradition of amateur theatre that was active in Kunratice during the interwar period.

Landscape

Kunratice u Cvikova lies in the valley of the Svitávka at the southern foot of the Lusatian Mountains. The Lužické hory Protected Landscape Area extends north of Kunratice u Cvikova and is home to protected animal and plant species. Cycle route 3055 passes through Kunratice u Cvikova. The 15-metre-high Skála smrti rock wall, also called Rytířský skok, can be reached via a green-marked hiking trail; when heading from Kunratice u Cvikova towards Lindava, this trail begins to follow the road after approximately 1.5 km, starting at cycle route 3055.

History

The stone Kamenný most bridge was restored in 1993 together with the statue of Saint John of Nepomuk. A medieval fortress once stood on Zámecký vrch above Kunratice u Cvikova; today, a deep and wide ditch on its southern and eastern sides marks its former location.
