Stupná: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Stupná combines a protected natural monument with religious sites, a Stations of the Cross route, and two named paths. This gives the place several clearly distinguishable facets: nature, religious heritage, and routes through the surrounding landscape.
Nature
The Strž ve Stupné natural monument protects spring areas and natural gorges where spring snowflakes grow. Visitors to Strž ve Stupné are asked not to pick or dig up spring snowflakes.
Culture and Spirituality
The complex of the Church of St. Mary Magdalene includes a cemetery enclosure, a mortuary, and a central cemetery cross. According to a service schedule updated on April 10, 2019, only pilgrimage Masses were listed for this church.
The Zlatnice Chapel is documented in Stupná. It stands at former gold-mining sites and was once a pilgrimage site. The Zlatnice Stations of the Cross are located in Stupná and lead from the road to the pilgrimage chapel of the Virgin Mary in Zlatnice. Its individual stations consist of concrete pillars with small chapels at the top.
Paths
A public path leads from Stupná in the direction of Jerusalem. In addition, a red-marked hiking trail leads from Stupná towards Pecka.
