Náchod: Vacation Apartments and Holiday Homes

In Náchod-Běloves, the N-S 84 Voda infantry bunker serves as the entrance to the Běloves Fortification Open-Air Museum. The bunker houses a collection on the history of the Czechoslovak Army and the struggle for freedom.

Culture and History

The N-S 82 Březinka structure, including its equipment and weapons, has been fully restored to its 1938 condition.

The Náchodské Kuronské slavnosti traditionally take place at the beginning of September. They convey a unique atmosphere of the 18th century, inspired by the history of Náchod Castle and the personality of Duke Peter Biron. The festivities include craft markets.

Paths Through History

The educational trail “Po vojenském opevnění z let 1936–38” begins in Náchod’s Běloves district and explains the role of the fortification line in Czechoslovakia’s defense strategy before the Second World War. Another historical route, “Náchod–Vysokov–Václavice 1866,” leads to places where the Battle of Náchod was fought.

Relaxation in Běloves

Malé lázně Běloves is a recreational zone in the Běloves district, opened by the city of Náchod in 2019. Its landmark building is the restored Vila Komenský.

At Malé lázně Běloves, visitors can taste mineral water from the natural healing springs Jan and Běla. The recreational zone also includes a Kneipp massage path.
