The Poříčské toulky event took place for the 21st time in 2026. During the Poříčské toulky 2026, the hiking routes led through Poland towards Náchod and back to the finish via Kudowa. An eight-kilometre hiking route ran via Brné and Žďárky; the cycling routes led via Hronov to Stárkov.
Location and landscape
The Velké Poříčí airfield (LKVP) is a public domestic aerodrome operated by the Hronov Aeroclub. The mountains Lelkowa Góra, Czarna Kopa, Krucza Kopa and Signal are located in the surroundings of Velké Poříčí.
Culture and history
The Nejsvětější Trojice sculpture group is located in Velké Poříčí at the bridge over the Metuje, in the corner of the garden of house no. 75 opposite the old school. The Trhovka trade route is a historical trace; it led from Stárkov towards Poland, the former Kłodzko, through Velké Poříčí.
The Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary was built using collections and donated materials from local believers. A vicarage and an adjacent cemetery were later added to or laid out next to the church, respectively. Térův statek no. 1 is an example of folk architecture dating back to the 17th century.
