The statue of the Virgin Mary in Káranice dates from 1968. It stands on a stone pedestal dating from 1912 at a road junction in western Káranice; together with the cemetery cross, it was purchased through a citizens’ collection.

The Káranice railway station building was constructed in 1924 on the Prague–Hradec Králové main line. Káranice railway station is integrated into the integrated transport system. At Káranice railway station, passenger processing takes place on the train rather than at the station.
The Káranice passenger stop opened on 20 December 1893. Cycle Route No. 4199 also passes through Káranice.
