Svárov: Holiday Apartments and Houses
In the centre of Svárov, on the southern side of the village square, stands the Church of St. Luke. Its masonry features Romanesque elements, while the chancel is Gothic.
Culture and History
The history of the village includes the Svárovská lípa memorial lime tree: it was first placed under protection on 25 July 1978. In the 19th century, Czech patriots led by F. L. Čelakovský gathered beneath this tree.
There are also notable cultural monuments in the vicinity of Svárov. Karlštejn Castle is located nearby. Further afield in the region are Letohrádek královny Anny, a château, Stará kanalizační čistírna Praha-Bubeneč, a museum, and Palác Kinských, a palace.
Nature and Landscape
The Loděnice watercourse runs along the southwestern boundary of the cadastral area of Svárov. Svárovský rybník pond lies in the middle of the built-up area. The boundary of Povodí Kačáku Nature Park runs along the western edge of the built-up area; the park includes extensive continuous forest areas. This nature park covers almost two-thirds of Svárov’s territory.
Doutnáč Mountain is located near Svárov. The nearby area also includes the U Černého kříže hill (Úhonice), Chrbina hill (Chyňava-Libečov), and Velký vrch hill (Nenačovice).

At Oslí stezka, guided tours are available during which visitors can get to know donkeys of various breeds, including rare breeds.
