Culture and History

The Melicharovo vlastivědné muzeum is located in the building of the former town hall of Unhošť, house number 1. The existing church tower in Unhošť was added in 1655–1657 and served as a bell tower. The presbytery of the church in Unhošť contains a Gothic sandstone sanctuary from the 14th century.

Chapels and Religious Traces

The cemetery chapel of St. Barbara dates from the late 17th century and acquired its present appearance through a renovation in the second half of the 19th century. The chapel in Žlábek is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and associated with a miraculous spring; a pilgrimage takes place there every year.
