Klínec: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Klínec is located about 20 kilometres southwest of Prague in a picturesque landscape. A mosaic of forests adjoins the Brdy region and shapes the scenery around the village.

Landscape and water

The chapel of Klínec stands above the smaller of the two local ponds. Klínec railway stop is located in a deeply incised, wooded and completely uninhabited valley of the Bojovský stream.

Bojovské Valley and history

Bojovské Valley is an attractive tourist destination near Klínec. The Prague–Dobříš railway line runs through the valley. Below Klínec, in the forest hollow of Peklo, lies the Čertova díra tunnel, artificially carved out of the rock. It was used to wash gold-bearing sand from the forest hollow.

Cycle paths

The remains of Čertova díra can be reached via the red cycle path. The Červený okruh cycle path is 43 kilometres long and marked throughout with a red cycle-touring symbol.

Land and animals

Ranč pod lípou offers children guided pony walks, including excursions into nature. It also offers rides through the beautiful and varied Podbrdí landscape – for beginners and experienced riders as well as for children and adults. At Farma Klínec, visitors can see the farm animals.
