Husí Lhota: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Chapel of St. Anne was built on the village green in Husí Lhota in 1823, with financial support from the residents of Husí Lhota and Jan Tichý.

Culture and History

The Chapel of St. Anne was expanded in 1908. The bell tower next to the chapel was built in 1862 and remains unchanged to this day. In 1923, the chapel was used communally.

In 1849, a hunting lodge and two farmyards were built in Husí Lhota. The hunting lodge stands at what is now house number 3; the two farmyards are still standing today. The “Poplužní dvůr” was the founding building of Husí Lhota.

Landscape

In the past, the forests on the northern side extended as far as the buildings of the village of Husí Lhota. Some ponds in Husí Lhota have survived to this day. The village is also located near Český ráj.

Routes and Events

The 51 km-long, very easy MTB circular route “Ml. Boleslav–Branžež–Dlouhá Lhota–Ml. Boleslav” passes through Husí Lhota. The ŠKODA CLASSIC TOUR is organized annually by an automobile manufacturer from Mladá Boleslav for its employees. Its route passed through Husí Lhota.

The traditional 38th gathering of the Lehòty and Lhotas took place from 5 to 8 July 2018 in Dlouhá Lhota and was jointly organized by Dlouhá Lhota and Husí Lhota.

Geographical Location

Husí Lhota is located about 11 km from Mladá Boleslav in the direction of Jičín. The Husí Lhota bus stop is served by PID lines 714 and 736.
