Tribulje: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Tribulje is considered a place with indigenous coastal architecture and preserved nature. Near the village are the remains of St. Helen’s Church, a church dating from the 14th century. It was last mentioned in a canonical visitation in 1780.

Nature and Trails

In the Dobrinj area, the hiking route Putevima frankopanskih posjeda leads from Dobrinj via Klanice, Meline and Soline back to Dobrinj. The route is approximately 9 kilometres long and is described as moderately difficult; a total of 310 metres of elevation gain must be covered.

An old forest path from Dobrinj to Tribulje and Klanice includes a small bridge over the streambed of the Dobrinj stream, which is dry in summer. In the approximate vicinity of Tribulje, there are also Biserujka cave, Plaža Pesja and Beach Vela Riva as beaches, as well as the island of Krk.

Culture and History

To reach St. Helen’s Church near Tribulje, stop on the road between Rasopasno and Soline and follow the signposted path on foot for approximately 15 minutes. Other historical sites are located in the surrounding area: Fulfinum Forum and Fulfinum Mirine are ancient sites, Fortičina Omisalj is a ruin site, and Fort Maltempo is also located in this area.

On the 2026 Mesopus procession route, Tribulje lies between Sužan and Klanice.
