Cizici: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Beach and Coast

Several different shoreline areas are located along the coast of Čižići. Sulinj I and II are pebble beaches in Čižići and can be reached by road, by sea, or on foot. Bunorica is also a pebble beach in Čižići. Vela Riva is a concrete beach in Čižići, with parking available there. Sv. Petar I and Sv. Petar II include a dog beach.

In the direction of Čižići and Klimno, there is a shallow, muddy shore. It was formed by the deposition of sediments over thousands of years, as well as by the grinding of rock and soil particles.

Those planning a stay in Čižići can make it their goal to rent a holiday apartment there.

Trails and Water

The fifth stage of the Camino Krk route begins in Čižići and continues via Soline towards Dobrinj and Sveti Vid Dobrinjski before ending in Vrbnik.

The third “Swim the Wave” event also connects places along the coast: it began at the Riva in Klimno and ended at the Riva in Čižići.

Culture and History

In the vicinity of Čižići, the parish church of Dobrinj houses the altarpiece “The Coronation of Mary” (“Coronation of Mary”), which was declared a cultural monument. Next to Čižići lies the St. Peter site, with the remains of St. Peter’s Church. A path leads from this site near Čižići to the remains of the abandoned village of Šugare.
