Casla comes into focus with two trails of very different lengths. The Senda del Caslilla is a 7.10 km hiking route through the Parque Natural Sierra Norte del Guadarrama and connects Sigueruelo and Casla. The Senda de los Pastores is 154.90 kilometres long and runs through Casla. Culture

In the centre of Casla stands the Iglesia de San Pedro Apóstol; unusually, its presbytery faces north. Until around 1665, the Virgin associated with the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de la Estrella was venerated as Nuestra Señora del Estepar.

Casla’s patron saint celebrations in honour of the Virgen de la Estrella take place every year from 9 to 14 September; during this time, the municipality offers residents and visitors an extensive cultural programme. The Cañada Real Soriana Occidental runs through the municipality of Casla and is evidence of its transhumant past.
