La Bañeza: Carnival, Culture and Regional Discoveries

The Carnavales de La Bañeza were recognized on January 26, 2011, by the Secretaría General de Turismo y Comercio Interior as a festival of national tourist interest. Over almost a week, the festival includes various parades and activities. This makes an event extending over a considerable period part of the city’s cultural identity.

The Feria Agroalimentaria de La Bañeza takes place annually and presents high-quality products from the comarca and the province, as well as other products from across Spain.
