Sant Cebrià de Vallalta is one of the municipalities in Maresme where strawberry cultivation is particularly widespread.

At the Fira de la Maduixa, strawberries from the surrounding area and the famous giant strawberry cake are sampled; there are also culinary demonstrations.

The Fira de la Maduixa is a recurring local festival; the 24th edition is documented for 2025.
