Masia Mariona in Mosqueroles was built between 1926 and 1931 on the initiative of patron Rafael Patxot y Jubert, a precisely dated building with a clearly identified initiator. History
Sant Martí de Mosqueroles has Romanesque origins. Later alterations have significantly changed its present appearance. On 10 October 1104, Sant Martí de Mosqueroles was renovated and consecrated by the Bishop of Barcelona. The consecration anchors Sant Martí de Mosqueroles to a precisely identified historical point in time; its Romanesque origins and later alterations represent different chronological layers side by side. Santa Magdalena de Mosqueroles, formerly called Sant Marçal de Baix, is located near Mosqueroles on a small plateau. This plateau lies between the depressions of the Riera de Rifer and the Tordera.
Santa Magdalena de Mosqueroles is a basilica built between the late 11th and early 12th centuries. Its design includes three naves, an apse, and two semicircular apsidioles. At Santa Magdalena, the former name, the location on the small plateau, and the basilica with its clearly described Romanesque design come together. Santa Magdalena de Mosqueroles is considered one of the notable Romanesque buildings in Vallès Oriental. The Museu Arxiu Tomàs Balvey museum is located in the vicinity of Mosqueroles.
