During the procession in honour of Saint Ildefonso in Herreruela de Oropesa, the Mayordomo plays a central role; the traditional auctions are held in fanegas.

The Fiestas de la Amistad are held in the second week of August in memory of residents who emigrated from the town to cities or regions offering better economic opportunities.
