Church architecture and digital information

The Iglesia Parroquial de San Pedro y San Pablo is recognised by the Junta de Andalucía as a Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC). Its architecture is described as Gothic-Renaissance; the floor plan has a single nave. Construction is believed to have begun in the 13th or 14th century, and the church was remodelled in the 16th and 18th centuries. Molino Tolete is a former hydraulic grain mill with a rodezno wheel, located on the Barranco de la Madrona, south of Puerto Moral’s town centre. Sendero de Belén: a circular trail starting and ending in town

The Sendero de Belén is an easy circular trail that starts and ends in Puerto Moral. It is 10.46 kilometres long, with an estimated walking time of two hours. Since 1997, the Cabalgata de Reyes Magos has ridden through the streets of Puerto Moral on horseback every year at noon on 5 January. Since 2011, the Belén Viviente has depicted the city of Bethlehem in numerous scenes, with local residents taking on the roles. Visitors can discover traditional crafts. The performance involves them through interaction with the participants and the surrounding landscape. It is a recurring tradition, and its seasonal dates may vary. Despite their similar names, these two offerings are different: the Sendero de Belén is a circular trail, while the Belén Viviente is a theatrical performance. On Día de Andalucía, 28 February, residents and visitors can sample Cocido Popular for free.
