The Pijavška Moor Trail is 8 km long and takes approximately two to three hours at a moderate walking pace. It has several boards describing the historical and cultural heritage. The trail also passes typical marsh plants and animals, as well as a drinking-water collection point. The Čemšeniška Castles Trail is 12 km long and takes approximately three to four hours at a moderate walking pace. It is marked with green-and-yellow markings and information boards.

Nature

Park čutil is a themed leisure and recreation park in Škofljica that represents marsh biotopes and supports learning about the municipality’s natural environment. The Koliščarska steza in Park čutil includes walking paths and benches for resting. The park also includes a biotope for birds and ducks.

Another way to explore the area’s natural features is the forest educational trail. It begins at the memorial to the victims of fascist violence in Drglerija, after travelling from Škofljica Primary School towards Zalog.
