The church dedicated to Saint John of Nepomuk was built in 1880–1881 in the Neoclassical style. A monument to Juraj Selepčéni-Pohronec stands beside the church. An older religious site is the Chapel of the Virgin Mary in Slepčany, dating from 1778.

Distinctive cultural and landscape features can also be found outside the village centre. In the vineyards of Slepčany stands a chapel with a statue of Saint Urban. Inzulov Park is characterised by plantings of foreign tree species. There is also Zungov, a technical monument built in 1911 by the Esztergom Chapter to irrigate meadows. Together, these individual places represent religious buildings, commemorative culture, garden and park design, and historic technology, without being reduced to a single attraction.

Festivals and wine

Slepčany is a gateway to the Horné Požitavie Wine Route. Winegrowing is also present in the village’s appearance, including through the chapel with the statue of Saint Urban in the vineyards. The local events calendar includes the Feast of Saint Urban, which features a mass and a gathering with wine tasting. The Zungovský guláš festival will also take place for the 18th time on 29 August 2026. Religious tradition, wine tasting and a recurring festival with its own name thus stand side by side.
