A 9.7-kilometre circular hiking trail through the Flöha and Große Lößnitz valleys begins and ends at the wooden bridge in Hohenfichte. Around 170 metres in elevation must be climbed; the highest point is 459 metres above sea level.

The Hohenfichte hiking route leads across fields, through forests and over the Große Lößnitz. It also includes a viewpoint with a panorama stretching from Augustusburg to Oederan.

Leubsdorf’s sights include the covered wooden bridge in Hohenfichte and a steam locomotive from 1921. The steam locomotive can be viewed by arrangement with the management.

The Hohenfichte hike can be reached by car via a car park at the wooden bridge. The Erzgebirgsbahn stop is also nearby. Information boards inside the bridge help hikers find their way.
