Culture
An old well marks the beginning of Alsbach’s longest street, Hauptstraße. At the other end of Hauptstraße, the barbecue hut is described as the village meeting place. The oldest part of the street is locally known as Schlabber-Gass.

History
The Rembs estate within the Alsbach district is described as having a history spanning centuries. From 1376 onward, the Hohe Feste at Weißenstein northeast of Alsbach served four Isenburg lords as the site of a regional court.
