The Mesenicher Steinreichskäpp cultural trail is a cultural hiking trail approximately 2.5 kilometres long, featuring information boards on various themes, sculptures, carved heads of Mesenich residents and creative stone activities. Along the trail, there are almost uninterrupted views over the village; the trail is suitable for pushchairs.

St Nicholas Church has a high altar dating from 1845, side altars from around 1730, a Rococo pulpit and a Gothic baptismal font.
