The Catholic parish church of St. Servatius in Kaltenborn dates in its present form to 1833. It was built from stones taken from the ruins of the former local castle; the church tower is older.

Above the village, on the road towards Hochacht and next to the forest, stands the St. Mary Wayside Chapel. It has benches for a short outing and quiet prayer.
