The municipal outdoor pool is in the Tegernbach district of Rudelzhausen. It has a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool with a sun sail. Free parasols are available on the spacious sunbathing lawn; the facilities also include a beach volleyball court and play equipment for children, including a wooden tractor and a leaf-shaped balance beam.

A kiosk at the outdoor pool serves light meals and drinks. The pool is open seasonally, so check its opening days and hours before planning a visit. Facilities may also change, and you should ask locally whether the kiosk is currently open. This lets you factor a possible visit to the outdoor pool into your plans without assuming it is open year-round.

Chapels and a church in the municipality

The Schimmel Chapel, also known as St. Stephen’s Chapel, is in the Enzelhausen district of Rudelzhausen. It was first mentioned by name in 1590. A visit can be arranged by booking an appointment in advance with the Rudelzhausen parish office. If you would like to include the chapel in your trip, make sure to arrange this beforehand.

Another religious site is the parish church of the Assumption of Mary in Kirchdorf, the oldest district of Rudelzhausen.
