The excavation of the Moulay oppidum, carried out from 2009 to 2011, revealed several districts with different uses, including residential and craft districts around a public esplanade.

The Église Saint-Martin preserves evidence of different periods: its nave probably dates from the early Middle Ages, and the church also has a 15th-century south chapel.
The main rampart of the remains of the Gallic oppidum of Moulay has been listed as a historic monument since 26 May 1986. The Château du Bas-Mont is privately owned and is currently used as a hotel and restaurant.

Moulay's natural climbing site is located along the towpath on the banks of the Mayenne. It has 49 routes ranging from 15 to 20 metres in height and is situated on granite rock.
