The Boucle des Moulins is a hike in the Mayenne Valley. Its route runs 75 % along unpaved paths and crosses the Mayenne via an iron footbridge; horse riders can use a ford instead.

Culture and history
The Grotte de Lourdes is located at the foot of a slope on the banks of the Mayenne. It was built in 1902; the Mont Calvaire de la Grotte was conceived at the same time. The Mont Calvaire de la Grotte comprises fourteen Stations of the Cross, and a concrete cross facing the valley stands at its summit.
Cordouan in Saint-Calais-du-Désert is described as a possible older site surrounded by ditches; its structures may date from the Iron Age.
